While I don't completely agree, you make a reasonable case on how I should view this. My own charges are now "waived." Good for me, sure. But as someone who cares about the company and brand and as a financial stakeholder in the company, I really want them to fix this for all of our benefit.

Heard back from @marqie that they'll definitely reply to me by Monday (7/27) on where they're at with my case of the egregious charge on my lease return. Then at the end of the same day, they emailed me to say it's going to be longer and now they're aiming for a response to me by Friday. 🤦‍♂️...
