Has anyone else with an Air Dream Experienced Reduced Charging Capacity?

oh okay. I was slightly worried I was doing something wrong but I rarely charge above 85% and almost never gone below 20% SOC so I couldn't figure out what I might be doing wrong

Just test-drove the Air Pure RWD

Now I'm also curious to go test drive the RWD. I always thought it would be quieter with less regen actually (why I initially wanted to wait for a RWD actually) but I'm quite happy with my AWD Pure when all said and done. I still think I'm going to go test drive a RWD though just to see how...

Has anyone else with an Air Dream Experienced Reduced Charging Capacity?

I guess this means I've lost 5kW capacity already and approximately 5% despite being only 7 months old with 7275 miles having a 2023 Pure AWD

Has anyone else with an Air Dream Experienced Reduced Charging Capacity?

So the starting/new battery capacity is 88kW or 92kW ? I've seen BOTH referenced but I always thought NEW was 88 on the Touring or Pure? Am I mistaken?

Has anyone else with an Air Dream Experienced Reduced Charging Capacity?

I wonder if it has anything to do with how often or when the last time it reached 100% and did 'battery balancing'.. or does this not happen/isn't really a thing any more? I remember on my former Spark EV (my 1st EV btw), values would look different if you charged up to 100% and it went through...

Has anyone else with an Air Dream Experienced Reduced Charging Capacity?

I suppose this is why I'm only seeing 406 miles when going 100% the other day on my road trip instead of the 410 miles I saw back in December after a full charge on level 2 overnight! I only have 7300 miles on my Pure AWD right now. I haven't run anything to figure out what my current actual...

EA's new strategy of under promising

I can tell you right now I haven't been anywhere near east coast yet (not even in Indiana yet actually. I would have to try to go through my photos I took when charging but I do happen to have this from last week as an example (no it wasn't 212 this time but 196 at 26% SOC is certainly good...

EA's new strategy of under promising

I didn't watch that closely TBH BUT if I remember right, I was at 19% SOC for the 212kW peak (only lasted maybe 3 or 4 minutes as I recall) but the 170 to 180 is typically anywhere from 25 to 35% SOC start. I try to never go below 20% and max of 85%.

EA's new strategy of under promising

I've routinely seen 170 to 180kW on 150kW EA chargers AND seen a peak (so far) of 212kW on a 350kW charger. My car is the bottom of the line Air Pure btw. lol

My experience supercharging with magic dock

okay. So it essentially cost you 50 cents per kW to get 14kW for $7. I agree it will certainly be nice in the case of an emergency vs. getting stranded but as a 'norm' I have no interest in all honesty. I just paid 20 cents per kW in Dubuque, Iowa last week at 'the City of Dubuque' fast...

Has anyone else with an Air Dream Experienced Reduced Charging Capacity?

I do NOT have a Dream Edition. However, I'm not sure if you noticed, but one of the more recent updates (maybe 2 or 3 updates ago now?), included a 'more realistic' estimator for the battery capacity. I noticed a small change after I was charging too after that update. BUT not as...

Why do people use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?

Do you have an iPhone? Because I'm looking at that exact one on Amazon and it clearly talks about being compatible with an iPhone only (many versions of iPhone). I have zero interest in purchasing and iPhone AND this to get android auto. From what it says, it sounds like a way for iphone...

Why do people use Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?

Is this something you use? I'm looking at the description on Amazon and it says: "CarlinKit 5.0 CarPlay Android Auto wireless adapter is suitable for cars with factory-wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto." <-- Lucid obviously does NOT have Android Auto so I question how this can even work...
