Well here it is Tesla Plaid versus Lucid Air Sapphire on the same day in the same place~ no excuses!

Certainly it can, but only once. Put it in drive, open window, get out, close door, toss a brick on the accelerator.

It is the same one from the last video. He has at least 170 pounds stripped out by way of the back seats according to him.

That makes more sense. Great showing by the Sapphire pulling on the plaid. Boy that tesla owner irks me though. Something about his attitude.

    LCID Trading

I wish it hit 2.50, had a buy order set for that price! May jump on anyway to keep averaging down regardless

    LCID Trading

I've been averaging down consistently, with the plan to buy more if it hits 2.50. My average cost/share is 4.90 currently. Hoping for one more dip to load up!

    LCID stock

I'll be continuing to use the price drops as an opportunity to average down. I believe in the product and don't see them going anywhere in the near term.

Well here it is Tesla Plaid versus Lucid Air Sapphire on the same day in the same place~ no excuses!

Agreed. Most of the tesla fandom would have reached the same conclusion regardless of the outcome.

    Sapphire lease

I would typically agree, but not always. If the car holds value more than is expected you can end up on the right side of things. My RS7 lease is coming up this summer and the residual value is about 20k less than what the car is selling for with comparable miles. I'm far from an expert...

    Sapphire lease

It's more about making financial decisions that make sense. At 4k a month for 36 months you are paying in 144k over that time plus the 25k deposit for a total of 170k. Unless the residual value of the car is stated to be very low it wouldn't make sense. Makes more sense to buy outright, or...

    Sapphire lease

Woof. Per the lease calculator on lucids site it's over 4k a month to lease a sapphire lol. That doesn't make any kind of sense

Well here it is Tesla Plaid versus Lucid Air Sapphire on the same day in the same place~ no excuses!

Not in the slightest lol. I was a little bummed because I expected the Sapphire to do better despite the conditions, but like the COTA lap time, it doesn't really factor for me. I'm not going to take mine to a drag strip or track. Definitely will do some data collection with my dragy and post...

Well here it is Tesla Plaid versus Lucid Air Sapphire on the same day in the same place~ no excuses!

Just playing devils advocate here. Many people in comments are comparing the Sapphire to the Demon 170, in that they are insinuating the manufacturer provided cars with higher performance for demo/marketing purposes, while the actual delivered customer cars are unable to provide the level of...

    Sapphire lease

Will do! All I know so far is that they sent me an email on 12/30 introducing leasing as a purchase option for the Sapphire. I wasn't expecting to have the option but was definitely curious to see what the numbers would look like. I asked to see what it would look like for a 3 year w/10k...

    Sapphire lease

The lease option is real, but a very new development. I am still waiting on my Sapphire and just received an email about a week ago that leasing was a now an option.

    Hunting wild Lucid Airs

Who did I see driving a Dream Edition in Kingston NY this past Friday? I was the guy in the black Audi RS7 waving and giving the thumbs up

First production Sapphire just rolled off the line

So am I the only one who every day obsessively logs into and checks the lucid website in hopes of seeing my car move from "preparing for production" to "in production"?!
