    Gravity Bugs / Issues

My list.... HUD reflection. Key fob not detected like everybody else, but yes, jiggle usually works. The sensor issue, but have no PPF yet. A soft reboot fixed (but if persist if I don't reboot, happened twice). Wireless charging not working, see service error on screen (yes, wireless charging...

QUESTION Will HUD be operable on first DE deliveries in May

The reflection is annoying. I really hope they find a way to fix this. BUT, I'm assuming this has a lot to do with your seating position and some perfect storm scenario. I think if I just move/tilt my head ever so slightly, the reflection is not directed at me. Last 2 days, I've had the HUD...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

I forgot when and where I read, but HomeLink has move toward subscription based, and charging manufacturers for adding HomeLink, or they require manufacturers to pay a license fee. This is a HomeLink business change. I think the new cost is more than whatever the bare minimal was previously...

Kim Java Preview of the Lucid Gravity

I thought MB is geofenced to certain areas and highways, not fully approved for all of CA. Supercruise is also great for all the mapped areas. FSD is no where near the level that I'm comfortable with using it and not paying attention. Just last night, it was driving me home, came to a stop...

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

Plug & charge works for me after contacting my SA on first day that it didn't work. He said the software guys did something, and now plug and charge works fine. When it was NOT working, I could get it to charge by using a credit card on the V4 station. Most likely a communication issue with...

Kim Java Preview of the Lucid Gravity

Wait, have you guys try the Porsche cults? I mean forums? Every brand have their fan boys. I loved every car I ever owned. Even my Ford Taurus SHO. :) -iThinkEV-

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

I scan the QRC for the Homelink and it just brought me to the Lucid landing page. I thought I actually have to buy it. My SA never told me about this. thx. All my streaming apps come and go too, it took 2 days for Spotify to work after I log in. At first, it was just the settings page. But...

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

Of course, the advantage of the older wall charges are the 80amp capability, which I think it's gone with the 3rd gen and newer. Older Teslas have dual chargers that can take advantage of 80amps, which was what I was hoping the Gravity can do. -iThinkEV-

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

Mine was the Gen2, so it's the older one. I have to go in and change the Amperage via the dial, and communications via the dip switch (which you don't have to, I confirmed it works in Tesla/standard mode). The newer 3rd Gen and Universal are WiFi capable, so you can do all that without opening...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Congrats!! I think your original review/comments on deciding between Air and Gravity, got me interested in the Gravity, and eventually ordered one. Also about the Valley Fair demo unit, and the Milbrae unit. Dang. OK Borski. I'm a Lucid owner because of you. :) -iThinkEV-

Maybe have service center fix the rock chip first, since it was prior to delivery. I hope you noted that. Then do your PPF. -iThinkEV-

Not working Tesla wall charger but works with Tesla EVSE

RESOLVED. OK, the communication hints got me thinking. Anyway, took out the cover on the wall charger. Changed to Legacy communication mode, no workie. Lower amperage to 72amps, no workie. Since it works with the 14-50 EVSE, I figure I might as well lower it to the closest to 50amps, which...

If you bring to OCD, part of the package includes paint correction. Unless it's missing paint. -iThinkEV-

    Gravity PPF & Ceramic Coating

Not sure on current wait time, in the past, it usually 3-4 weeks out. They'll probably need the car for a week, and then a few weeks later for a follow up to make sure no bubbles show up. -iThinkEV-

    Gravity PPF & Ceramic Coating

OCDetailing in Fremont. They do a great job. I got a $10k quote for full PPF on the Gravity. I use Stek PPF, it's also hydrophobic, that plus the Ceramic coating, water will just sheen right off. OCD is pricey, but they do custom cuts and an excellent job. I've had about 6 cars done by them...

    My new Gravity.

The one GT I saw during my delivery also have the HUD cutout and glass on it. I don't know if it actually have the HUD, I'm assuming all GTs don't have HUD for now. So opting out might end up with the same dash/cutout/glass, etc. I'm waiting to hear back from SA on my concerns. -iThinkEV-
