Initially failed the update from 2.3.10->2.4.0, where the phone app went from 16% complete to as if update hasn't happened, and showed 2.3.10 as up to date got pushed with 2.4.4 few hours ago and initiated the update from the phone. Checked back 20 mins later and saw that there is no progress...

Got the update this morning and confirmed it on phone, but it failed when I check in the app two hours later. And now it shows 2.3.10 is the latest version available. Does anyone know if customer service is able to re push the update to the vehicle?

Seems like backing up onto a wheel stopper in parking lot is a reasonable assumption, though I don't remember hearing anything recently.... There's metal behind the cover so I don't think battery goes that far back, but it definitely hurts efficiency on the highway.
