Have u tried the navigation (not alexa)?

I started using the NAVIGATION today. It wouldn't tell me the right exit to get off the freeway at....it would just tell me the street i needed to get to (but not the exit).....anyone else experiencing this? It happened multiple times.

The cars go from the factory in Casa Grande to various service centers across the US. They sit there and get tested and potentially wait for whatever component has been missing.

My guess is that Lucid doesn't want to say anything until they have a handle on the situation....or a solution. They don't want to announce that they can't deliver any cars, are missing these parts, and have no idea when or how the situation will resolve itself.

When you receive your Dream Edition, Lucid asks you if they can take a picture for social media....they then put the picture on instagram and twitter, fyi.

Everyone - when was the last time we heard of a delivery? Was it #184? Seems quiet on the delivery front.

They are a public company. I don't think they can tell you any specifics without putting out a press release or something. Maybe they don't have a handle on the situation and don't know what to say.

For $180K they need to be honest and straightforward with you. They need to tell you exactly what is going on so that you can decide whether or not you want your money back or whether or not you want to cancel.

I am guessing on the "less than 200 delivery number" but the highest anyone has seen is 185 and they are clearly telling customers they are missing a component, related to fit and finish. There is an article on bloomberg where the chairman of lucid says they are getting hit by supply chain...

Obviously they are missing a component or components. Less than 200 cars have actually been delivered

Then maybe they should give you your money back until they have greater clarity

Unless they are paying you interest, they should not be keeping your money like that.

It seems like most of the complaints here deal with delivery advisors not being straight with us. We like honesty and don't like excuses. Instead of saying your Lucid is coming soon, just tell us what is going on. We can handle it.
