What a disaster of a return process.

A real shame that Lucid can't get its shit together regarding lease returns.

So it looks like all 4 tires just need to be within tread spec, no matter how far apart within that range.

Do all 4 need to be nearly the same tread for lease turn-in? Even if all 4 are within spec? I have to replace one and I still have decent tread on the other 3.

Does Lucid maintain a list of 19" tires that it deems "suitable" and that would pass lease return inspection?

It's absolutely wild that they sent it straight to collections. What are they even doing? Anyone with any type of connections really needs to bring this to the attention of Lucid upper management. @marqie

Lucid leasing is such a disaster. I hope they learn from this.

I've been through so many replacements and it hasn't helped.

I hope Lucid sees this post and rethinks their lease turn-in process. If not, it's worth sharing it with some of the larger automotive sites to warn potential lessees about what they're getting into and that the car needs to be returned in essentially showroom condition.

Are you shitting me. If I'd known they'd be like this on return I'd never have even considered leasing. I've turned in leases with worse and not even a second glance from the manufacturers.

They may also need to replace your subwoofer at the same time. Which will work for a few weeks and then the rattling will come back.

After multiple subwoofer replacements and rear deck rattle "fixes", my car still rattles behind the rear seat at certain frequencies when played at a normal volume. Have given up on this issue at this point.

I think Lucid's software resources are being focused on Gravity. It's no coincidence that the OTA update frequency fell of a cliff during the run-up to and launch of the Gravity.

Lucid can deny it all it wants, but the Air is now definitely second fiddle to the Gravity.

I wonder if Lucid considers the current software "stable" and is disinclined to do more than one feature update per year. Lucid has stated (I believe) the Gravity and Air have different software teams, but with paucity of Air feature updates (it's been almost 7 months) coinciding with the...

Uhhh, I turned in all my previous leases with worse than that. No questions asked. Now I'm extremely concerned.
