I actually never got a confirmation from Len, even though I believe I was one of the first people to request being put on the list. Still, I've received both of the SW 2.0 updates, so I'm not complaining!

I’ve experienced the exact same thing during the last several software updates. I’ve got a Lucid tech coming to my house tomorrow to address several other issues, and I plan to discuss it with him. Maybe @Firstto520 knows what’s going on here?

What's the indication the update failed? It would be useful to know if this happens to others in the future. Did you ask @Firstto520 and his team to re-send it to you? Thanks. Certainly this is very disappointing, especially when it happens to a Forum Moderator.

My car started updating at about 6:40 a.m. Eastern Time this morning here in Florida. I have a friend visiting from Maryland who will be seeing the car for the first time later today. It will be great to have the new software installed and working its magic by then!

So, will all of us in this group receive the update tonight? For those of us who haven’t received the update notification yet, the suspense is killing us!

Do software updates usually appear in the pilot panel before the Lucid app? It hasn’t appeared in my app yet.

Did the same thing. Lucid credited my account as paid in full the next day.

It probably doesn't matter, but I used the Lucid address on my purchase agreement. In my case, it was the Riviera Beach facility.

Chugging away now…. Very pleased this is happening.

I wasn’t being negative at all. I was just asking @Firstto520 for a status report. I didn’t expect it to arrive today. He said “later this week” and I wanted to see if that was still on track.

I like to be a positive guy, but Lucid doesn’t exactly have a stellar record at delivering things when they say they will. I’m still waiting for that Lucid Bi-Directional Charger that the Miami Studio said when I ordered my car would be available by the end of 2021! I really do hope we get the...

I would call Customer Care. Everything is supposed to be through them. They’re supposed to be the custodians of any and all issues you’ve found with your car and they’re supposed to contact the Service Center for you.

Yeah, I had that happen to me when I installed 1.2.20 today. First time I've seen a percentage figure above 50%!!

Mine does that a lot. It says stuck at 0% for awhile, then slowly ramps up to 50%, where it also seems to sit for awhile. I don't think I've ever seen a percentage above 50%. After awhile at 50%, I get a message that the software update is complete.
