What surprises me is that no one has tackled the issue of HUDS and polarized sunglasses. For those that enjoy wearing polarized lenses, it renders the HUD essentially useless.

Good catch, but what makes me think hardware/computer limitations in the Air won’t allow for it? That’s the way it tends to be in other cars. Unfortunately for earlier buyers this becomes a fact of life.

I too can get 3.1-3.2 in the cold weather with my 23 Pure.

Even with different battery capacities, that’s why we need more data points. Like you I remain unconvinced there is a very significant range difference in the 25s, at least as it relates to the heat pump. My BMW i4 with heat pump sustains a greater percentage cold weather loss than my Lucid...

I just don’t see that slowness in my 23 Pure. It’s just fine.

I live on Long Island and no longer drive into the city. The LIRR is a far better alternative.

Worst case scenario if for some strange reason your free charging was suddenly pulled, despite previously having a credit card on file, and not ‘refiling’ on the base plan upgrade, just call Lucid. I’m sure the records will show your current free charging status and that status will be reinstated.

I think the bigger question is why is there such a big difference in the phantom drain between the two cars? I’ve noticed the same thing between our former i4 and Lucid and that difference carries over to our current i5 and the Lucid. Our 2017 MS held the record for the greatest phantom drain...

That was my immediate thought too. I never realized how massive the front end looked. It’s almost like some of the BMW front ends, just without the massive grill.

I assume, unfortunately, using an EQ app via the phone would not work for the onboard apps, only audio output from the phone.

If it’s the same temps, weather conditions, tire make & size, traffic, etc., that’s over a 20% difference, which is more than Lucid ever claimed…or did they make any actual claims…I don’t recall.
