    GGT in the Seattle Studio!

But if they are at the showroom and complete functioning vehicles why not use them for test drives?

Lease return excess wear & tear

Recent sales have been around $65k so Carmax has to be under that to make money.

Electrek likes the Lucid Air as its "Model S Alternative"

When going for a weekend ski trip I load the frunk with the cooler of food and sleeping bags for four people. The skis, poles, boots and clothing go in the trunk with the small half of the rear folded down. Two people up front and two in the back.

[RESOLVED BY OTA 2.7.0] Car won’t go into DRIVE !

In 40 years of driving I have never warmed up a car. Start them (even at -30F) and drive away gently. I keep most of my cars past 200,000 miles and so far have never had an internal engine or transmission problem.

Lease return excess wear & tear

The point is none of this should be required to be treated fairly.

Keep moving forward a I'm sure your finalized design will arrive the same day AA for the Air is released by Lucid.

    Extended Warranty

How would a third party warranty company be able to price out a policy when Lucid tightly controls the availability of replacement parts and does not (afaik) publish parts costs or repair guides. Both of which would be needed to estimate the cost of offering a policy.

Starting to regret getting this car...

Since its sold by a brand new company as a car I think people expect it to function as one.

Lucid Air Touring in Canadian Winter / Toronto Service

While my handles have iced (Vermo t) over they have always opened. It's a little disconcerting, they rapidly present and retract until they are freed. I really wish they would stay presented when the car is unlocked. Mine is a 23 so I am unfamiliar with the heat pump. The electric heat can be...

    Gravity Test Drive writeup

The doors on the Air are quite annoying the detents are way too soft. I have an upsloping driveway. Keeping the door open while getting in or out is a chore. With the low roof . At least once a month the door closes on my leg.

Rivian has been building out their cross-compatible charging network

I've used the Rivian station in Queensbury NY. Works fine, is fast. But EA down the street is just as fast and cheaper. So I've only used the Rivian twice (I was eating nearby) and I've used the EA a dozen or so times.

    Gravity Dream Edition in Miami

See if the 2026 iX3 Neue Klasse SUV delivers on its promise. It will be out 1 year before the Earth so plenty of time to see if BMW is all hype or if there something worthwhile under the marketting before settling in and waiting for Earth.

    NACS Lucid Home Charger?

There are several 80amp NACS EVSEs on the market. However if you want to wait for V2H you should buy the Lucid unit and hope it comes while you still own the car.

    Current State of Air

Since probably 70 - 80% of the cars on the road have cameras, and one of the goals of good design is designing for reasonable cost of repair, I don't buy the difficulty in opening up the repair process to more vendors. Most glass shops are familiar with camera calibration. Lucid's procedures...

    Current State of Air

Not sure why they don't sell windshields to more third party installers. The approved installer in my area wanted twice what Lucid was charging. Lucid is a 2 hour drive with a three hour bus/train ride home. The approved installer is a 2 hour drive in the opposite direction with no easy way back...
