Agreed. If it's not Lucid OEM or Plinkington glass, I would not use it. Safelite is notorious for quoting and using Grade 2 or 3 generic replacement glass unless a customer asks for OEM or Grade 1, like Plinkington.

Sure looks like an obvious defect. I cannot image a fix. Needs to be replaced. And most definitely should be warranty. I know Lucid has replaced many many steering wheels. I saw a pile of old one stacked up at the SC. Tbh, I think most replacement is due to electronics.

Note that when you manually close them, there is no soft close feature. You need to "really push" down. Once I was too gentle closing trunk lid and the trunk latch did not fully engage. Neither trunk switch or dash buttons worked at first. Bitch to get open.
