EA's own app has incorrect information in it, so I don't know how we would expect Lucid to have the right info. Honestly, Plugshare is the best source I can find since it's user-sourced.

There's the hard reset, but I'm guessing they want the car in scottsdale to download the right info to see why it happened. The hard reset isn't suggested because it can delete the needed diagnostic info.

How would they NOT have these stats. At a minimum, they have your car type, the amount of time you were plugged in, and the number of kWh transmitted. If that average goes down to a stupid number, they HAVE to know the thing is broken. There's no way they don't know.
