Yup. Went through the whole process with CS When I push the toggle button, it “sets” the speed. But everything is greyed out (like in the picture), and it doesn’t actually hold the speed.

Since I updated, my adaptive cruise control doesn’t work anymore. It’s grayed out on the display, and it won’t hold the speed when you let off the accelerator. Talked to CS, did a brake pedal reboot and still didn’t work. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi @mcr16 — thanks for checking in here! A few of us have been getting a “Rear Emergency Braking Unavailable / Contact Customer Care” warning whenever we back out of a parking space. Started with the 2.3.10 update. Does the 2.4 update address this?

Does anyone know where the FM radio downloads station logos from? Most cars get them from the station’s HD radio signal, but the Lucid even shows logos for non-HD stations (lThe station in the photo isn’t HD and my other car has never displayed a logo for it)

If you log into your account on the Lucid website, there’s a place to enter credit card info for Lucid purchases and subscriptions. I’m wondering that if that’s where you can load EA payment info?

So how do you pay with EA plug-and-charge after the free charging period ends?

They definitely don’t have my credit card info, but I don’t know if they have the previous owner’s. The weird thing is, my Lucid app isn’t showing the session on my charging history at all:
