Hey my Air went into production today, so there's another victory. Well for me anyway...

My SA told me that only 10% of the AGTs going forward will have DDP. This was about two months ago. I'm not sure that's correct, but that's what he said.

I’ve been watching this for a while, and they have added batches of cars pretty regularly. I haven’t seen new batch for several weeks now.

I've had HUD on several cars, and now don't have it on my wife's car. It has marginal utility for me. YMMV.

Yep the AGT DDPros disappeared about 10 days ago. Now the rest are dwindling.

Kudos to you. You are being waaaaaaay more patient than I would be--I would have dumped that car long ago. I hope you can get things turned around.

My sense is that this is exactly what they're trying to do. We're talking about a brand new model that is just starting to come off the production line. They are literally learning how to build these cars right now. I'm sure there is a lot of things they are finding, fixing, and then learning...

This sounds like the car is in production, yet that isn't indicated on the website.

No, I'm not talking about the United Nations. Today I learned my AGT is in the "general assembly" phase of production. I'm not sure what that means, but at least they aren't pushing the delivery date back. Yet. Anyone know what this means?

Not in production yet. It should be any day now. Unless it isn't.

All the models with DDP have been sold. They seem to be more in demand.

FWIW, I think today's $100k vehicle is comparable to an $80k car from 5 years ago.

Nothing happening with my car either. It is now scheduled to leave the factory on June 24, but I'm not holding my breath. There doesn't seem to be a lot of reliable info passing between the factory and sales staff.

Sorry I didn't mean to imply that you were. I was talking generally about posts where people chime in with "Gee none of that is happening to me..." I was quoting part of what you said because that is what I wanted to address--not specifically you saying that, if that makes sense.

My fav was when I brought my Audi in for a problem where a TSB had been issued and the SA said he hadn't heard of the problem before. Say what???
