I cannot get the center console ports to charge my iPhone. Rear work fine. Anyone with same experience?

As an update on my vehicle: Lucid was able to get it down and back to Houston from Dallas in about a week. Parts: $1810.91 Labor: $660 Transport: $2473 Insurance covered it all minus $1000 deductible.

Update: closest service center is Houston. I’m being quoted $1200 - $1600 / way for transport. 🤪 No choice but to do it.

I was trying to do everything “above board” with USAA. They suggested they set me up with an approved provider, and Safelite it was. The Safelite rep told me it would likely have to be done through Lucid.

The USAA rep only asked if the crack was greater than 6”. At that time, it was not. I didn’t have much faith that the rep would grasp the issue even with a photo. But I’ve since uploaded images to my claim.

Not yet. Waiting to hear back from USAA about next steps.

Installation was super easy. Tech was great. A fantastic experience compared to traditional car servicing. Buttons feel smoother now and seem less prone to peeling.

As an update, I have already been contacted and informed parts are in. Tech is coming next week to install. FYI.

I have had my GT for about 3 months now. Recently the AC buttons looked “off”. Upon closer inspection I noted that parts of the overlying plastic (?) coating have broken off. I don’t have kids and don’t treat the car in a rough fashion. It’s only ever washed / detailed by my longtime mobile...

I’ve noticed similar. Definitely more cautious in the Lucid than my other vehicle.

Outdoor temp also indicates warmer than reality in my Air when it’s cold out (sub-freezing).

Mine has similar behavior. It seems to happen when I drive 30 miles west from Dallas to Fort Worth.

Partly answering my own question, my TollTag sometimes registers tolls. So I guess it’s back to the drawing board for a better placement.
