    Locked Out

2007 Corvette here. locks every time I walk away, unlocks when I open it. Has never ever locked itself in 18 years. Must be some kind of George Bush era magic. You just should not have to think about this stuff, nor worry about where and how it will go wrong.

    Locked Out

Do tell, oh amazing oracle of knowledge. Or, is everyone in history doomed to get locked out of their car and learn from it?

    Locked Out

A car should never, ever auto-lock with a key in the car, while not responding to unlock, plain and simple. Of course a ton of people here will tell you how it was your fault, you should have a backup, etc. It is really silly and "stooped" at the end of the day - no other brand self-apologizes...

25 GT came without floor mat posts

When did you take delivery? My early Mar delivery '25 Touring had posts - I would not be happy with a '25 GT that had velcro.

Lucid Air's Number One Software Issue?

It was a lame joke - the old timers round here like to cover everything they know sucks by telling new owners to take it in for service (and clog the service centers). You are probably holding your phone wrong, or haven't cleaned the bitterant properly off the batteries you replaced last week...

Lucid Air's Number One Software Issue?

touch anything and everything resets. it is amazing the inability to walk and chew gum at the same time. That said I like to walk up, have my car unlock and get it. I guess it's a LUXURY I took for granted in the past (my 2007 corvette does it flawlessly - from 18 years ago). You may need to...

CarPlay Ultra, the next generation of CarPlay, begins rolling out today

So, hidden and away never to be seen again is some magical barrier depending upon the button that is pushed? I understand how to get back to CarPlay, thanks for the help - just wanted to make sure I was not playing outside the "safe area" for critical elements being drawn or needed a service...

Lucid Air's Number One Software Issue?

Actually, I think the historically correct description of that photo is Michael Faraday standing with his phone in his hand, in the rain after he's taken his wife and friends to dinner hoping the doors might unlock and making small talk saying 'this really doesn't usually happen' - meanwhile...

CarPlay Ultra, the next generation of CarPlay, begins rolling out today

That is odd, if I am using CarPlay and hit any of the native app shortcuts (say Music, or Nav) on the top screen, my CarPlay is "hidden away, never to be seen again." Maybe my car is defective and I need to take it in for service? 🤣

Lucid Air's Number One Software Issue?

I’d agree that Mobile Key reliability is the #1 software issue … and cause of embarrassment in buying a $100K+ car that doesn’t unlock.

Software Preview Event, May 21 and 22

Indeed it does make it easier. My apologies, as clearly assembly is easier in NoCal/MidCal and that's the best place to solicit feedback from.

apologies, it was indeed posed to you... my bad - it is the very awkward single level quoting of this forum that makes it difficult to discern the original context (for me) .On topic, it is very cool that Lucid is giving a preview to customers. They seem to be quite focused on San Francisco...

    Update 2.6.16

I don't have DDPro - does it by chance forgo hand on wheel nanny when the volume or speed is changed? I may or may have known of a lil chip you could bury in a Tesla Model 3 steering wheel that would randomly blip the volume or cruise speed up and down imperceptibly every 15 seconds or so to...

guess you're having probs too. borski might need to be taken with a grain of salt given he got the biggest greasy gravity fanboy greaseball ever.
