SIXT Brings Award-Winning Lucid Air to Fleet in Germany

https://ir.lucidmotors.com/news-releases/news-release-details/sixt-brings-award-winning-lucid-air-fleet-germany This is an interesting strategy. I wonder if this accounts for the sudden 3x increase registration in Germany last month...

    Wheel Alignment Check

If you ever get a chance, have a nice tech, and a less than busy shop. Ask to have them take a reading, then get into the car, bounce in your seat and then get out. It's very rare the numbers are the same. Just the added weight of a driver, will change your alignment. A straight steering...

    Bizarre Hey Lucid Interaction

People also have a fear of saying, "I don't know." I always found that admitting that you don't know something can be very powerful way to build trust. Especially when you go out of your way to get the answer. It is a huge opportunity to build a relationship. The one caveat to that is, if you...

    Bizarre Hey Lucid Interaction

Ahh but Siri has been around for years. Apple likely had plenty of time to polish it before its first release, and plenty of time since then to refine it. Lucid on the other hand.... probably not so much. Give it some time hmp10. I'm sure they just need to turn some knobs to refine the system.

Lucid produced 1,805 vehicles and delivered 2,781 vehicles

Anyone want to take a stab at this? "...of which approximately 8% were subject to operating lease accounting.1" Are they saying only 8% of the 2781 delivered are leased cars?

    Lucid Home charger Order status

That's a sub panel, with presumably a 100A capacity. You have 3 breakers there, 40a, 40a, 30a. All square D. Not sure which type of Square D, but I'm sure you can google it and find out. Some breakers are interchangeable, and others are not. Its pretty much just best to stick with what you...

Sapphire Nurburgring attempt in the making?

Ev Records for reference: https://www.motor1.com/features/712434/fastest-ev-nurburgring/ Any guesses here? Can it dethrone the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT? Plaid should be a cake walk right? If the Sapphire comes anywhere close to the TTGT I'll be gobsmacked. Sapphire has a much higher top speed...

Security: Car stolen in several minutes.

Not Lucid but since it's on topic, this video is interesting. Lucid is probably in the same boat. I don't see why they wouldn't encrypted packets across their "Ethernet ring". It's probably so much more of a hassle for any would be thief that they'd find and easier target.

Security: Car stolen in several minutes.

I fiddled with CAN a bit for my other cars. Its a very straight forward system, and easy to trick. You can easily spoof packets to make it seem like you are any other device on the network, then spam the network drowning out all other devices. Sniffing the network is also super easy as long as...
