Xpel XR Tint Job on both of my Lucid’s, in SoCal

🚗 Not those finger paintings again! In all honesty though, seemed like an amazing shop… two Rolls Royces in the bays and Taycan’s galore.

Service experience for those around Pasadena

When I was in La Canada Flintridge BH service center was able to tow my car to their location. Door to Door service in late 2022, IDK atm, as I no longer live in La Canada.

    Lucid Air towing issue

I completely agree. Please don’t touch another Lucid. (Especially any of mines) Feel free to pick up @borski ’s Gravity tho ;) jk.

    Lucid Air towing issue

Not sure if putting out personal information like this is allowed. Also, with all the opposite reports you are getting from people here on the forum do you really think it’s wise to give the internet personal details about the incident. I’d delete this post, if I were you. Nothing an Adjuster...

    Lucid Air towing issue

In certain conditions, yes. But OP fails to realize that the parking breaks on any car have a limited ability to stop rolling. Especially with a car as heavy as the Air, something that is clearly spelled out in the manufacturer’s instructions to haulers

    Lucid Air towing issue

So you googled it for the Audi, but not the Lucid? And you blame Lucid?

    Lucid Air towing issue

You could have had the tow hook in to keep it winched up. Then it wouldn’t have rolled anywhere.

    Lucid Air towing issue

Standards or not, this isn’t Lucid’s Fault. You towed a vehicle that had specific towing instructions. Chalking the wheels when operating a hydraulic ramp would need to be done at a minimum with any vehicle. If I was OP’s customer I’d have rejected delivery too. I hope OP’s customer gets their...

Ah, my literal reading of his post fooled me.

    Lucid Air towing issue

Seems like OP is the towing company. Unfortunately, I think his towing premiums are going to go up. Hopefully, the next Lucid gets better strapped down. Looking at the manual I think even the Tow company Lucid sent out for my loaner did it incorrectly. But it got their safe so thats all that...

    Gravity test drive

I’d do DD2 Pro if it were me, just because who knows what functionality they’ll bake in after a few years. If you plan on keeping the Gravity for longer than a lease, I’d get the DD2 Pro features.

    Gravity test drive

Totally agree, I use my Air’s DD Pro constantly (don’t tell @AirDoll ) if I need to quickly glance at an email or post on this or other forums. (Don’t hate me) But it works perfectly, my Tesla software was quicker but tried to kill me way more times then my Lucid’s. Lucid’s software feels like...

Can current free EA charging deal be transferred to new car?

Unfortunately, I’d doubt they’d be able to do this. But YMMV- doesn’t hurt to ask your SA.

    Tire Bubble - Replacement Tires

Perrelli tires (95%), if I was worried about turning it back in I would have lucid put on the next set of tires. They can do this at every CS Studio I’ve been too.
