Thanks for posting the screenshot. I tried the above, but I am still having trouble with certain contacts (specifically my husband). I have changed how his contact is listed thinking that it is a recognition issue, but even when he is just listed as "husband" and Lucid repeats that back to me...

Would it be a very hard update to have "Update available" when you park the car rather than (or in addition to) the one that pops up when your start the car. Typically when I start the car it is because I am leaving, and thus not able to allow for x amount of time to update. But a reminder when...

All fixed. It was a problem related to the software update which caused a loss of connectivity. It was covered under the warranty, but the come to my house would have cost $350.
