Tom didn't want it, as he had one already. He agreed my problem was most likely using 6AWG wire, but no way to tell without testing. I was not going to spend $15/foot for 15 feet a wire without some assurance that was go to fix the problem. That was on me, but, I'm still annoyed.

ACtually, Lucid has already given Tom a LCHCS to test, but he has more EVSEs to test than he has time to test them -- my guess is he probably never will, although he might be keen to see if he can get his to limit itself to 12A the same way I think mine did.

I "forgot" my home networks on my laptop and still can't get passed step 3. My home networks use 10.0.0.x no idea what is going on, but I'm also stuck at 12A. That seems to be the biggest problem.

I actually don't have a non-contact thermometer, but I could use this to justify getting one. Here is a photo of the type of lug I'm using. The bolt hole is just the right size for what the contact block uses, and there is no room for a wider lug. In other words, I can't use a bigger lug.
