Thank you. I was honestly pleasantly surprised that they did it without me noticing there was a problem at all. I am about to trade in for my GGT so I don't care much either way but pleasantly surprised as I thought it great of them to be so proactive.

Mine was replaced a few months back. I have a Air GT that was delivered April 2022. I did not know there was a problem and took it in for something else and they told me they were doing it. They said "new battery" and I did not ask any specific questions about what they were replacing with so...

So, at least I know I am not the only crazy person! My husband thinks I am crazy and I should be patient. I am just not a patient girl, I guess.

My SA told me that it was included at this time but may be a subscription thing in the future as Lucid has to pay monthly for each car. Not sure how accurate that is but it was I was told a week ago.

Is there any way to do the tour by paying instead of referral points? No one I know will pay for a Lucid. :(

I paid $553.96 in 2023 for one sensor on the front left closer to the center than the side. I could not see any damage until they pointed it out...a tiny crack in it.

I don’t know. I just know they said it came off the line last Thursday. They have to do software updates and quality control inspections and all that still.

I was given a trade in but they were very clear that it is only good for 30 days and 1,000 miles. I hope mine is delivered in time to meet that caveat and I did mention that when they gave me the info.

I have to replace the back window glass in my Air GT and Lucid told me the cost will be $6,800. I’d rather not pay for that but also not sure I want to make a claim. I did discuss this elsewhere on the forum but just wanted to share my experience.

I thought I had no VIN as it wasn’t where I expected it. Did you check under the order using the link to Owners Manual and Updates? That is where I found mine.

Thanks. I do understand but have very little faith in the system. :( My only reason for bringing up the accident was that they make excuses when they don't want to be forthright. They could have said they did not want to cover us becuase of the risk but instead blamed it on wildfire risk...
