A few months back, I used a little usb c meter to see how much power the ports are providing. It used to be 27w for my mac. Now it tops out at 15w. Anyone else observe this?

I don't believe that the V2H (Vehicle 2 Home) functionality is available yet. It's still future feature. At the very least, there are still regulatory roadblocks if I understand correctly. The Lucid Home Charger is also supposed to get over the air updates for when the feature is actually ready.
