No option to do this with the Hummer. All I have done is pick the options that I want. Until I pay the dealer, there is no contract to buy.

So, it looks like my Hummer and the Rivian will be ready around the same time, Sept-Oct 2023. I also have a Lotus Eletre on order, but it keeps getting pushed out and going up in price, so I think that it's out of the running. Terrible "1st World" issues, I know. I did like driving the Hummer...

Navigator is much plusher, but the Hummer is not a luxury vehicle, so I am OK with that.

It's in the GM warranty. you have to keep it for 6 months. I think.

I don't care for the menu system in the EQS, way too many, but so far, no bugs.

Mine got to 50% in about 5 minutes.

I had planned to flip the AMG EQS for a $65K profit, until my wife decided that "it's cute"!

My car skipped 2.1.7 and is downloading 2.1.10 now.

The perfect vehicle would be a Navigator EV but that's too far off. ;) I am interested in seeing the Escalate, for sure.

The trucks seem to be holding their value because they are so hard to get. If I flip the Hummer, GM will cancel the warranty! I will probably keep the Navigator for road trips as it has the highest "wife appeal". ;-)

So, I got to test drive a Hummer EV SUV Edition 1 today for about 20 minutes. Here are my thoughts based upon very limited driving time. Big step up to get in and out of so my wife said that she won't be riding in it! It feels a lot smaller inside and driving that it looks from the outside...

Has not changed after ~15K miles. I mostly notice it after driving one of our other cars then getting back in the Lucid. My wife's AMG EQS has very little if any motor whine.

So that begs the question, why would Lucid design an ACC that can't deal with stopped traffic like a bunch of other car makers? Design choice? Can't figure out how?

The problem that I have is that the ACC in our other cars. Lincoln, Mercedes, DOES slow down for stopped traffic and I am used to that.
