    Lucid Home Charger Powering Option

I should have also mentioned for that 40A adapter I think the wire you mentioned would work. But I am not an electrician and I don't know if your utility/city code requires something different. Since you asked the question, I assume you aren't an electrician either - so maybe check with whoever...

    Lucid Home Charger Powering Option

One of the Lucid chargers is mobile charger (here). This is a 40A charger, meant to be plugged into various types of sockets. It comes with a NEMA 14-50 adapter for 240v charging, and a 110v adapter as well (standard wall socket). You can buy adapters for other sockets (like the dryer's 30A NEMA...

    Android phone interface

The only solution that works 100% for me is taking a deep breath :) I run into this once in a while. Sometimes bluetooth turn off/on on the phone works. I don't know if it is android phone specific (mine is Android). I have occasional glitches where the phone looks connected but the callers...

    DD Pro and 2.6

It is not a L3 autonomy thing. Our BMW X7 has this, and they still market it as L2 (maybe L2+). Can go handsfree up to 85 mph on freeways. Works beautifully too. I have the same problem with my Lucid. The hands detection on steering wheel is not up to snuff. I am also not confident about how...

    OTA Update 2.6.0

Unless he/she came from 2.5.0, there is nothing massive about 2.6.2. You could make a case that even 2.5.0 -> 2.6.0 was not "massive". Anyway, the changes are listed here: https://www.lucidupdates.com/ota-updates.html I believe that site is maintained by a forum member here, although I can't...

    Next update?

It is a matter of whether the media/navigation experience is something Lucid considers their differentiator. If they do, then it makes sense for them to invest and develop on their own. But if so, they can't leave it half-baked (well, they can, but then the differentiation would be "we suck and...

    OTA Update 2.6.0

I thought it was just my new phone 😅 I got a new phone the same day I got the new Lucid update. And my new phone started showing "android auto available" and "proceed on the car screen". Tried for a while to figure out where on my car screen, but gave up eventually. Figured it was just my new...

Surreal Sound vs Surreal Sound Pro on simple BT streaming

SS isn't hot garbage, but it certainly doesnt belong in a $80+K car. My $40K cars had better ones. I haven't listened to SSP.

Damn Lucid! My efficiency just …

Where do you guys see the overall efficiency? Is it in the app somewhere?

    Not a winter car?

I have driven Lucid Touring down to -10F and in plowed-but-still-with-wet-snow roads and the traction control has been no problem. It is as confident as any car I've driven in this weather (have an X7 for family car to compare). But @BS8899's point is very valid about the clearance. I wouldn't...

    EA Megathread

Hm, my app used to show "Active" and cost as "Retail Rate", but now it has changed to showing a year from my purchase date (up to 1000kwh). It is as promised, for now anyway :)

EA free charging on new cars bought in 2024

I think the way it is "supposed" to work is with you adding a card on your Lucid wallet, and continue to just plug in to EA charger (no app/card required). It will automatically authorize with Lucid, and charge to Lucid Wallet (which, of course, will take it from your card).

    EV Winter range test

Lucid wasn't there, but Lucid wont do particularly well there I think. In the US midwest, I see that I lose range by about 2x (i.e. loss of 2 miles range per mile driven) when temperature was 10-25F range.. It hit -10 last week, and I was losing range at 3x!! That is still plenty of range for my...

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

Homelink has been there in most (if not all) cars in US for at least 20 years.. I am not sure what the problem is with Lucid homelink is though.. it works just fine on mine.

    mat with anchor post?

Thanks all! I am keeping an eye on LinerX as well, but they don't have an ETA mentioned anywhere. Has anyone tried the old-style (i.e. without anchor post) all-season mats on top of the anchored carpet mats that came with the car? I was unsure if it will stay put or will slide around. I read...

    mat with anchor post?

Maybe should have also mentioned: this is for Lucid Air Touring 2025.

    mat with anchor post?

Has anyone bought all season mats with anchor post, other than the Lucid official ones? I cant find any other brands, except LinerX (which is not in stock for the version with anchor post).

EA free charging on new cars bought in 2024

Mine just says "Active" and cost as "Retail Rate". There is no "end date" of any kind. The session I did was $0 cost.

    Wake up fool!!!

Mine is a 2024 X7. I think the lane centering, changing and driver monitoring are all far better in X7.

    Actual Key Fob Data

Keeping an eye on this thread. I have been sticking with mobile (S23) for 2 weeks of my ownership (25 Touring). It has worked decently so far (had to manually open with the app a couple of times because the car didnt detect it) even in midwest winter.
