    Gravity Delivery Discussion

If I want to run Tidal in three different cars, can I do it off one individual account? (The Tidal website doesn't answer this question, nor does their automated "support" line.)

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

The Tidal website only lists Tesla, Mercedes, and Volkswagen as the "devices" that Tidal supports. And they also list CarPlay and Android Auto as devices. Doesn't Lucid have a native app for Tidal in both the Air and the Gravity? Or can you only connect through CarPlay? Also, I can find...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

You might want to check out this thread for a more thorough discussion of PPF: https://lucidowners.com/threads/gravity-ppf-ceramic-coating.12372/page-2#post-276780 Lucid does not offer the application of PPF. You have to find an independent installer, and the quality of the installer is...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

That is pretty much what Kyle Conner reported about the Gravity sound system. So maybe I guess it's time to try again. I just get really irked at buying anything from a company with absolutely ZERO customer support.

    Gravity PPF & Ceramic Coating

I have ceramic coated (Opti-Coat) several cars but always hand-washed them because Opti-Coat said not to put the car through an automatic carwash. I finally got tired of hand washing and put Xpel PPF (Ultimate Fusion) on our current Air because it claims to hold up to automatic carwashes...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Aww, dang. We're doing pretty much the same thing. The Gravity is already in Miami being prepped for delivery. When it's ready, we're going to drive over to examine it and go through the owner orientation to get the profiles set up, the hot button choices selected, the phones connected, the...

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Mega congratulations, @borski! My biggest question: how would you compare the Dream Edition's responsiveness and "feel" to the GT you drove for some weeks?

For what it's worth, @tarator is not verified as a Lucid owner.

Gravity GT First Drive and Orders information

I do, and they have their own glories. But it's the Vredestein Quatrac Pro+ over the Hankooks for me. I'm more worried about wet handling than range in that car. 🧐

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Yes, it must have arrived at the service center. I got a message late last week that the car was in transit, and during that time the latest software update was showing as 3.1.7. In the last few hours the software updated to 3.2.0, and I'm pretty sure no download was done during transit. But...

Gravity GT First Drive and Orders information

I don't mean to sound snarky here, but I just don't quite get the concern about rotating tires to extract more tread life on a 6,000-pound car with more than 900 ft lbs of torque. It's simply not a vehicle that someone who is set on getting 40-60,000 miles out of a set of tires should be...

Gravity GT First Drive and Orders information

Correction to above post: I meant my performance cars had staggered tire widths, not staggered wheel diameters. Sorry, missed the edit window.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

The status of our Gravity on the Lucid website dashboard just switched from "In Production" to "Preparing for Delivery"? Does that mean it has arrived at the service center that is going to prep it for delivery? And when will I receive an invoice and payment instructions?

Gravity GT First Drive and Orders information

The responses from Lucid personnel about an aesthetic choice were in answer to questions about the staggered diameters. The staggered width is another matter entirely and, given the rear torque bias programmed into the car for many performance situations, you are dealing with a different kettle...

The Press Embargo Has Been Lifted

Interesting . . . and well deserved, too.

The Press Embargo Has Been Lifted

When we lived in Burlington, VT we often flew out of Montreal to avoid transfers on long-haul flights. You hardly got a sense of crossing any border except for a brief wave-through at the control point . . . except that the Montreal fashion sense was in a whole different universe from Vermont.

    Gravity Delivery Discussion

Our green GDE is in transit to our delivery location. Our black GDE is not yet in production according to the Lucid website dashboard. The black one was ordered the day DE orders opened (Feb 26), five weeks before the green one was ordered (Mar 31).

The Press Embargo Has Been Lifted

I've been trying to figure out why one of my favorite car review channels, "Throttle House", has been a no-show among the recent press reviews of the Gravity. They had done a very complimentary assessment of an early Gravity alpha prototype about a year ago and have consistently been big Lucid...

Steering wheel leather peeling anyone had this?

A lot of steering wheels had to be replaced due to the silver buttons inside the scrolling buttons on the wheels failing. Those were integral to the steering wheel, and the whole wheel had to go when they failed.

Steering wheel leather peeling anyone had this?

Do you have the Nappa leather or the Purluxe interior? I've never seen leather do anything like this before, but the Purluxe is a 2-layer material. Could this be the top layer detaching and stretching?
