I think that’s the tint package I have, with the exception that the canopy may be 50.

    21" tires and Blowouts

Not the best pics from last year, but can provide some new ones when I'm back in town... https://lucidowners.com/threads/all-texas-owners-or-future-owners-please-post-on-this-thread.2404/post-90601

    21" tires and Blowouts

I know my detailer had advised a lot of Tesla owners in the past to not get the larger tire options. Honestly, it's a crap shoot though. We went thru 2 new tires on our last Mercedes within first 3 months, so you never know. I personally went with the 19's because the roads in central TX can...

ALL TEXAS OWNERS (or future owners) please post on this thread

Sounds like it was a successful trip indeed! Would you say your charging speeds were consistent with the charging curve that we're all familiar with at Ennis and Columbus? The other stations seem like you got pretty solid speeds even at the higher SOC! Separately, it's unfortunate that Lake...

    1800 mile road trip report

I'm also surprised. Am wondering if the winter tires have that big of an impact. Agree with @Bobby on the factors. Can also confirm the dropoff in efficiency above 75-80...

    1800 mile road trip report

Glad you had a positive encounter with the one driver. As for the others, I'd say it is what it is. Not much you can do about it. Good to see more out on the road in any case! With regard to the range, a couple questions: 1. Were you using ACC and/or HA around the 70 mpg, or manually...

Question to DreamDrivePro owners about PPF

No issues with mine (have full PPF and ceramic) other than what I’ve posted on another thread about light rain/mists affecting the sensors.

First off, congrats! Second, with regard to wrapping, had my detailer wrap everything but the front end strip (with the Lucid logo) as well as powder coated the rims. It definitely gives a more aggressive look, akin to the stealth package they're now producing. No matter what you decide to...

    Highway Assist

To add to Bobby's comment, Highway Assist is currently geofenced for certain roads, mainly major highways/interstates. In my area, there are places where I'll be in Highway Assist and then take an exit to a smaller, divided highway, wherein the car will indicate that Highway Assist is not...

    Car Insurance

Have USAA and have always had good experience with them. That said, if you have an umbrella policy, there are minimums they'll require for the various liability amounts (as do other insurers). Something to consider when people are comparing just the headline rate. Not always an...

Lidar Blocked whenever it rains - what does the Lidar do?

Had that same issue with the LIDAR sensor two days during a steady rain. What was interesting was that while the error was present, noted that Highway Assist was not allowed, but adaptive cruise worked just fine.

EA: New "Charge Speed Requested by Your Vehicle"

Assuming the information is accurate, I would think that's a pretty helpful datapoint that EA is providing (what the car is requesting). Would be great to know if our vehicles could confirm what EA is saying...

    Tighter steering

Lucid Combined Home Charging System Installation tips!

For what it's worth, my charging station stopped charging my car a little over a week ago, a few weeks after the Lucid status logo no longer lit up. Had my electrician out to troubleshoot, and it turns out that an internal cable connecting to the computer board inside the charger was loose...
