I'd gladly buy a well-equipped Gravity for $90-110K. I've built similarly priced versions of X7, GLS and R1S (never considered, too ugly for me). Without Lucid Gravity, I wouldn't be in the market for an EV SUV. Everything else is simply, "meh".

HUD will definitely be included (I confirmed with Lucid employee. It's not a secret though. Others on the forum have mentioned likewise). Question is whether it'll be standard or trim-based.

We are getting very close!!! I do recall that several media people were doing supervised test-drives of Lucid Air in Summer 2021, before official customer deliveries on October 30th, 2021. Hope the Gravity tracks the same (or better) timeline.

I think people looking for Premium/Luxury SUVs are more tolerant of $80-$100K prices. For example, the iX (which I think looks ugly), depending on trim and options, ranges from $87K → $130K, sold 4,827 units in 2022, and 17,301 units in 2023. But, of course, I agree that Lucid should bring...

At 19min, 28sec, Peter says that the Gravity will be available for test drives "next summer". That's summer 2024...at least 6 more months!!!

I concur. I've owned 2 Korean 4-cylinder cars, with no issues at all. And I did the oil changes myself. 2010 Kia Forte (totaled at ~40K miles), and 2013 Hyundai Veloster (sold at ~155K miles for $6,000). Enough about the Koreans; Back to Lucid.

How come you were able to try the seats, and others weren’t; Is the trick to get there early? Any idea where the next VIP event will be?

Oops…I stand corrected about the R1S’s missing glove compartment. Even better that Gravity has one; no reason to take away from buyers’ expectations.

I don’t think that it’s redundant to have a glove compartment. The bare minimum for a 3-row SUV is storage storage storage! And with Lucid’s packaging prowess, they delivered (including the glove compartment). Actually, considering the current vehicle design evolution, lack of a glove...
