220v charging - anyway to limit amp draw

I'll try to clarify ... the correct outlet needs to be installed onto the circuit first that must meet code requirements. The Lucid mobile charger will draw as much current as it can which is determined by the installed adapter ... only the correct adapter can be inserted into the outlet.

First road trip for me driving from Southern California to Las Vegas this month ... I'm sure many of you have already done it. There are several options near the strip ... any recommendations?

2.3.10 going to 2.4.4 now. I tried to initiate update from app but it never displayed progress so I had to head down to my garage to verify the update was in progress.

    Pothole 1 - Lucid Air 0

Tire technology continues to evolve so 21” running low A/R tires can easily be accomplished. I remember when people thought it was crazy when I got 16” wheels for my car back in the 80’s.

    SoCal mobile detailers?

For those in Los Angeles or North Orange County areas … do any of you have recommendations for mobile detailing services? I always do my own, but would like to know who to reach out to in the future in case I don’t have time.

Newbie problems with my 21 inch wheels

I tried to purchase tires from them for my project to upsize to the widest wheel tire combination possible for the Air. They wouldn’t sell them to me (liability reasons?) because they were “extremely” outside of manufacturers specifications. I ended up purchasing mine from Americas Tire.

Costco also has a 5 year warranty program. I’d certainly consider them as well knowing how great they are with customer satisfaction.

Look into Tirerack.com which is also part of Americas Tire to see what warranty options they have?

Newbie problems with my 21 inch wheels

They will warranty any tire after they inspect them first to see if it meets their guidelines for the warranty. There is also no reason to stay with the factory tires either. You can switch brands to something comparable as well as change size. If I wanted to stay with my factory wheels, I’d...

    Need advice on Demos

If the price points are similar, I prefer the GT over the touring since I’m always the one driving my car. A passenger would likely prefer the touring because of the added footwell depth.

21 inch Front v/s Rear tire wear

The are many factors that can affect tire wear. Just by being a staggered configuration on a 50/50 weight distribution car will contribute to the front tires wearing faster. The report didn’t mention abnormal tire wear so as long as the tire wear is not caused by alignment issues, this seems...

    Wheels ordered ...

I unfortunately had to put the stock wheels back on due to occasional rubbing at full suspension travel. Just that little bit of poking as pictured earlier is enough to really wake you up when going over a dip on the freeway, especially since the cat is already so quiet. The rubbing occurs at a...

    Aftermarket Wheel Swap?

The front fender liner can be tweaked to get the clearance needed. The back with 295 tires as found on the Tesla will rub for sure. There is no camber adjustment on the rear of the Air to help either.
