Please tell us how the ChargePoint and Lucid charger are wired to your electrical panel. It sounds like a wiring problem that has deteriorated over time.

Since the initial invites to order a Gravity DE went to Gravity reservation holders and Air DE owners at the same time, it is hard to see how Gravity only customers are going to feel like second-class customers.

Yes it is more ambient temperature than level 2 charging current. Both the battery and the AC-DC converter are being cooled when the fans kick on.

I hope that you are not implying that Lucid did not deliver nine Gravity on Dec 29 because multiple people on this forum were there and watched it. It’s fine to say that we have not seen any deliveries since the December event but it is not ok to imply that the December event did not happen.

The Lucid mobile chargers will draw the max current that the outlet can support. It will draw 40A from the 14-50 adapter or 24A from the 14-30 adapter. The EVSE has no way of knowing what size breaker the circuit is on.

It would likely trip the breaker but more importantly it would be unsafe. The simplest solution would be to either increase the breaker to 50A if wiring and panel can handle it or downsize the breaker to 30A and switch the outlet to a 14-30. The lucid mobile charger has an available 14-30 adapter.

You can set a start time from the pilot panel in the car or from the app. It is best to do this before plugging your Lucid in.

Unless you were sitting in the car listening to music, getting a massage and running the heat for long periods of time, I would reach out to customer care with the dates and amount of energy used and have them take a look. This is definitely not normal.

I see 22kWhr difference between last charge and trip day. how many days was that because that is a lot of energy to lose.
