    Let the car charge for about 30 minutes and then stop charging. Remove the mobile cable plug from the 14-50 outlet and feel it. If you can, please post a picture of the 14-50 outlet. Some outlets really should not be used for EV charging.

    It actually sounds like it may be an issue with your charger. What type of charger do you have? How is it wired (plug or hardwired)? Have you felt any of the connections to the charger to see how hot they are?

    My SA (Scottsdale) called this afternoon with a pretty similar message. When I told him that I would wait for HUD, he told me that he has been hearing that a lot.

    I would not touch an off brand. Lectron, A2Z, Amphenol or one from Lucid is all that I would use.

    Actually he does NOT present any physics based reason for the difference with wheel diameter. He presents three quadratic equations provided by Tesla and uses the resulting math to show a difference in efficiency. I would prefer a physics based explanation.
