Is the base price on your Touring the legacy 95k? Or is it the new 107.4k?

My Touring got delivered 1/20/23... I'm going to reach out and ask anyways.

I did basically this exact thing. Had a 77k pure reserved and upgraded to a Touring in January '23, took delivery on 1/20/23. 95k was the base price and I got the pre-rate hike prices for SSP/DDP/Glass Canopy(?) as well.

Have the exact same thing ongoing, I think it happens when there's two people connected to the apps on their respective phones and both are logged in + two driving profiles are set up, both of which have mobile keys setup. There's definitely some weirdness/confusion going on with the way the car...

I took delivery on 1/20/23 of my Touring and it came with the hat/bottle/bag combo... they were all in the frunk. DA didn't mention it at all until delivery day when I popped the frunk open and saw it.

Was the road-force rebalance something that Service did after you contacted Customer Care? I'm assuming that's not something we're able to do by ourselves.

I'm having a similar problem on my Touring.. a pretty bumpy ride regardless of what speed I'm at. I thought it was my driving at first as this is my first EV.. but I don't think that's the case. One thing to note is that the Touring that I have originally had 20" wheels on them -- I wanted 19"s...

I might be one of the lucky ones, but since delivery of my Touring last Friday (1/20), I've plugged into 3 different EA chargers, and have had 0 issues with any of them. They all just plugged in, recognized my vehicle, and started charging for free. Again, I might be in the minority, but...

Definitely reach out to your DA as others have said. For us, my DA told me if I went the financing route; it might take up to a week or two to be able to take delivery due to processing, and going with the ACH/Cash route allowed us to take delivery in 1-2 days.

Picked up my Touring today from the Goose Island Service Center. 10/10 would recommend! Christian was phenomenal.
