Lucid does not decide on the range, it is based off of an EPA test. They are allowed to advertise based on that testing. Just like every other car.

From what I've seen, other than the Blade, the "inserts" do pop out. The 19" look much better without them.

My impression with stealth is that they take the chrome/platinum colored pieces and used a darker metal (thus there is less contrast). I haven't seen anything that allows you to choose the color of the stealth changes to the shiny metal bits.
