It happens to apps all the time. How many times has google or Apple gone down. Or your phone. Agree, shouldn’t happen but nothing is 100%. That’s why you should carry key fob and phone card. I used to do that with my Tesla as well. You can never trust tech 100% No biggie in my world.

Here is what I think, undertray did its job. It’s common to see these scratches , you get them even if you go over high speed bumps. There are just scratches, not a big deal and I’m pretty sure almost every Lucid has them .I wouldn’t stress too much about it.

Scottsdale service were great with some of the issues I had. Service is definitely better than Tesla. New car company will always have teething problems with trim etc. As long as they rectify, all is good, nothing to complain about.
