I wouldn't even bother to watch his review. Everyday Chris has been a Tesla fanboy for a long time and thus his review is and will be biased.

It is not hidden. It is not well understood what the icon stands for. Is it FAQ? Is it to open an online chat session? We don't know what it is unless we look at the navigation bar on the lower left corner of the browser.

I have HOV stickers but they are just sitting in my desk drawers. You could get ppf film from @TWRAPS for HOV stickers. Put the film on your car and stick the HOV stickers on top of PPF.

I have used HERE nav constantly and I don't think it is as bad as people think it is. Sure, it is nowhere near Tesla's route planning and nav, but useful. It could be your use cases are different from mine.
