When you scotch guarded your car, did you just do the carpet or all of the fabric? Also how long does it take to get the smell to go away? I used the scotch guard spray recommended on this forum.
The second day I had the Santa Cruz interior, I put an order in for Dark Grey floor mats from Lucid. They are back ordered so I am still waiting. In the interim, I flipped over the mats to the black side, and switch the driver and passenger mats. It is a good temporary solution.
I just picked up my AGT and John my advisor, said it was a software issue. The 2 12V batteries were fine. The car will always protect the HV battery system. If something goes awry it will shut down and let the 12V system take over. Obviously the 12V wont last long.

Take the panel off of the passenger rear wheel and retrieve the 2 wires/ positive and negative. Attach a jumper cable to the wires and the doors will unlock. From there you may be able to wake up the car and drive it.

I just had all of the glass tinted with the ceramic tint and has reduced the heat 80%. Prior to the tinting I could not cool the car off. I am in AZ and it was 108 degrees!!
