    The door does not close

I had this problem. It would only close when I slammed it. Driver's door. I took it to my favorite SC (Torrance, CA) and they fixed it while I waited - less than two hours.

Does your AM/FM radio work reliably? Mine does not

Well, I guess it's primarily because Lucid sold us a car with an AM/FM radio. It will always be in the car, never lost, and (essentially) never without power. It will power speakers that can be heard easily throughout the car. But, as we have discovered, it may not work as reliably as a $49...

Interesting Results from Recent Road Trip

@coma24 Yeah, I forgot to mention those optimizations. I, too, speed up at the end of a trip once I've made it over the mountains and are headed for my reliable home or destination charger. I do the same when heading for a reliable non-EA charge station. Unfortunately, the unreliability and...

Does your AM/FM radio work reliably? Mine does not

Sorry, but I think you missed the point of my post. In natural disasters, the only reliable communication medium is broadcast radio. After the Eaton fire in January, cellular service in my area was non-existent. After a major earthquake, hurricane, ice storm, or similar, much or most cell...

Interesting Results from Recent Road Trip

I have had my own recent experience on a modestly long road trip. This one was very positive. I frequently drive LA->SF->LA. I use several different routes, but they don't vary in mileage or average speed by very much. I was pretty unhappy that I could not make the 370 mile trip without a...

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

@Bobby Thanks very much for hosting the LucidUpdates wishlist. I have a list of 20 or so items. What is your guidance? Should I post those here, or can you incorporate those into an updated LucidUpdates wishlist? Also, if I post them here, it will be a confusing conversation if they are all...

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

I agree. But there is a fine line between a "feature" and an "improvement". An improvement is just a feature that builds upon a feature that is already there, and you can't really request the new feature that until you experience that base feature. So it seems fair to ask for improvements...

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

The title of this thread is "Software Improvements and Features Suggestions". So is there a current list of requested but unaddressed improvements and/or feature requests, perhaps even with a way to vote or at least say, "Hey, me too!"? If there isn't such a list, I volunteer to re-start one...

Does your AM/FM radio work reliably? Mine does not

Good luck using your SiriusXM subscription during a natural disaster when cell towers down and emergency cell traffic takes precedence. Broadcast radio will work when other services will not. And, we were sold a car with AM/FM radio. It should work reasonably well, don't you agree?

Does your AM/FM radio work reliably? Mine does not

Yes, stations may have a streaming version. But "radio" is that it is a broadcast medium: you don't need an Internet connection to receive it. This is especially important in areas where there is poor cell coverage, and in all disaster scenarios.

    Software Improvements and Features Suggestions

Yes, the choice of making this a touch-only button instead of a push-click button was clearly incorrect. <rant> While we are on this topic, let's talk about the clever "pause a fraction of a second and then slowly dim" behavior of the reading lights. If I try to turn this light off, I...

OK We Got V2V charging...any plans for V2L?

It's a little confusing. They have two different adapters - one is a two-headed cable that works with some models, and there is single-part adapter that works with my Delta 2 Pro model. It seems to work, because when I got my power back on, I could charge the Ecoflow from my wall charger. (I...

OK We Got V2V charging...any plans for V2L?

I tried charging my Ecoflow Delta 2 Pro during our recent long-term outage because of the wildfire. Unfortunately, it didn't work, perhaps because I have a V1 mobile adapter instead of a V2 mobile adapter. Does anyone know how you tell the difference?

Does your AM/FM radio work reliably? Mine does not

Yeah, like I said, Internet-based services didn't work because cell towers were out. For more than 10 days!

Does your AM/FM radio work reliably? Mine does not

I was in the area affected by the recent fires, so for the first time in a while I really, really needed access to a local news source. Cell towers were out, so using an internet radio source wasn't going to cut it. I had previously noticed that AM/FM radio on my car was "flakey", but never...

RESOLVED Why is there no remote diagnostics on my AGT?

I get that it is complicated. That's _why_ you build it in at the beginning. Sure, perhaps some ECUs don't send useful sensor data, or fail in a way that makes them mute. For those, we might not get useful data. But for the majority, central logging is essential. And, I point out that some...

RESOLVED Why is there no remote diagnostics on my AGT?

Update on Remote Diagnostics. With a previous issue (the OP), my reliable service manager at Torrance was able to log in to the car and tell me what the problem was - my battery. So remote diagnostics exist, right? I have a new issue (turtle mode), and he says he can't tell what the issue is...

RESOLVED Why is there no remote diagnostics on my AGT?

It is correct that the website lists Customer Care hours as Monday through Sunday, 7 to 7 Pacific time. I called at 12:55 PM and received a message telling me to call back during business hours. Perhaps a phone system glitch?

RESOLVED Why is there no remote diagnostics on my AGT?

Thanks for that information, @bunneylebowski. I've never seen evidence that the car has telematics that pro-actively transmit failure codes to Lucid. I'm glad to hear it might exist. That said, I just had another failure - the car entered Turtle Mode. Lucid Customer Care was closed (it...
