Got the DEP in Dec 2021. Placed the order for a Pure March 2022. I agree with U. Lots of choices in 2023. Lucid needs to get a few Pure models on the wild by Q3 or start losing the sub $100k crowd.

It took us a few months to decide but once we realized we kept using the Lucid a lot more often we did sell the Taycan. BTW, the Taycan sold close to MSRP after a two year ownership.

Lucid should take advantage of center screen that has the largest display area. I never understood why Lucid did not copy the Taycan. I would rather see the maps in the center display than see a needle swing back and forth to let me know if the car is accelerating or decelerating.

Seems like a good time to buy an extra set of tires.... can save 15k.

I was surprised to see Kyle did not test the Rivian using the conserve mode. In my experience the conserve mode delivers 10-15% better m/kWh.

Although there is some structural benefit, the coefficient of expansion for Glass and Aluminum is such that it requires some form of separation between the two to compensate for the variance. The glass panel is usually smaller than the opening it covers and it is glued on with flexible adhesives.

A small weight difference at a high elevation does make a difference in driving dynamics. I am sure the suspension gurus at Lucid know this and will make the necessary changes.

It's all about removing BTUs. The fastest way to remove BTU''s is to start driving fast, roll down all the windows for a minute or two, and turn on recirculation.
