Mine happened with my drivers door. Fortunately I was able to get an appointment the following week for replacement with an updated part. Even with my drivers door handle not presenting I was still able to open the door by just sliding a card under the handle to lift it so while annoying it...
Defrost is an on off button. Honestly I can see how it’s confusing because it’s not consistent. The buttons should say “defrost” “A/C”. Rather than Defrost / Turn On. The defrost button turns on the defrost and the “turn on “ button turns on the AC. Hope that helps.
I was also told not open to public but that I could use it if I went into the studio and asked if there was one free. I haven't ever tried though. @Tesla2.0 did the studio tell you what the procedure is to use these?
Yes it does happen rarely. I think I've had it happen once since I got my Air 9 months ago and is usually a small software glitch. If it happens repeatedly then a call to service is in order.
When in the app, open the specific charging station and scroll to bottom to click report issue. I. have no idea if it does anything. They won't respond and as mentioned above it seems to take weeks on end for them to repair anything.
I agree. The app works MUCH better for all features like opening , closing and AC. It is still a bit slow for the car to wake up but I think its a bit faster than before.
