I kinda hear where you're coming from, Tim-in-CA, but personally, I park in the slot closest to where I'm going, and would always valet if the system had a real one. Bottom line for me - it's a great car, but still just a car, and I have insurance. Who can I buy to stuff the poll?

Yes, I'm replying to myself. It's been a couple of months now, and there still seems to be no buzz about my pet peeve, the lack of any reasonable valet parking mode. I guess I'm just trying to keep the pot somewhat stirred.

I'm not clear about fast charging. Is it just for fast charging on the road, or is it something I should be doing occasionally before 220v charging at home?

Although it's cool to know I can start the car using the mid-ceiling sensor, we've veered from my original desire for true valet parking, which for my needs just means a way to lock the frunk and glovebox and not have to use the emergency card. I'm such a dreamer.

The card just gets you into the vehicle. You then have to enter your master pin to drive it. Thanks for the reply, though.

I completely agree, Bobby, except for the trusting part. I've heard too many stories of missing items. As Staff, perhaps you could pass my solution along to management/the coders/whoever can make valet parking viable.

I eat out a lot, and, if available, always use valet parking. Well, I did before I got my Lucid. I really like the car, but the "valet" requirements stink. Is there a way to enter a destination by voice? Keying it in is a pain, and I've just taken to using my phone's nav. This is fairly easy tech that, in my last car, a Ford Fusion, worked excellently.

Is it possible to access my Apple Music with voice? I'm able to get my playlists using touch, but no dice on the voice, and I'd like to be able to request specific songs/albums & genres. Also, I'm now getting SiriusXM, but don't know if this is just some free trial or my paid for service.
