The Electric Viking Heaps Praise on Gravity (then trashes Rawlinson)

Never heard of Electric Viking before. But cool 👍

    Consumer Reports Reliabilty Rankings

Having experience with an i4 and an i5, i'm surprised you don't notice this. BMW UI while overly complicated is top-notch in terms of speed and stability. I had idrive 8 on an LCI m340 before getting my Lucid, and it's night and day in terms of usability compared to my '23 Air Touring

    Consumer Reports Reliabilty Rankings

Tell me about it! Using my 2023 UI/UX feels like using a 2015 Tesla MCU1 🤣 Would be nice if they offer an upgrade path for 2022/2023 cars. I would probably pay $1000 to get the 2025 CPU if it was offered

    Consumer Reports Reliabilty Rankings

I agree, I don’t think many people read CR anymore. It’s a paid subscription and I don’t know anyone who pays for it. I also find it a little suspect that they even rated the Lucid. Most low volume unreliable brands are excluded due to not having enough data. Of course if you’ve seen my posts...

    OTA Update 2.6.0

This is exactly what I was hoping for! High end distortion in 2.5.0 is very distracting

    Apple Watch App

How would you envision opening the trunk if your hands are full? You’d still need to open the lucid app on your watch and tap the trunk button! You’d need a hand for that

    Gravity Orders Discussion

Seems like free charging benefits have been ending. Most OEMs if any are doing like a fixed number of kw free. Like 2025 Lucid is 1000kwh free, which would just be a few months at an average 12k/month. Same with BMW, and others. The free 3 year deals for sure are all done I think. I think the...

    Gravity Orders Discussion

Isn’t overcrowding of EA like a million times worse than Superchargers? I don’t know…at least in CA, I dread having to go to an EA stall. Superchargers are all empty around here. EA every stall is full with a waitlist all day and broken stalls. I feel like 2 years ago, EA wasn’t so bad. I used...

    Tesla Earnings...

I think deliveries were up 2% YoY but I agree. Overall profit loss is ultimately more important than deliveries

    Gravity Orders Discussion

Nicely done! Preconditioning, running no HVAC, cruise control at 73 feels a little hypermile-y, but kudos to having the patience to do all that! Kind of unrelated...but since you seem to be very efficiency minded...what kind of lifetime efficiency were you seeing on your Model 3? I understand...

    Next update?

All access to phone/nav/music/profiles disappears anytime I go for a drive with the keyfob...see screenshot below. Weirdly enough it doesn't happen when i use mobile key lol. Also had a couple instance of backup camera failure a couple of times as well. All of this since 2.5. (I think this has...

Open letter to Lucid after 7 months of ownership

I don’t see where it’s been proven that lucid isn’t the worst of the EV startup trio. Look at all the Lucid Air reviews. Every single one mentions bad buggy software. It’s part of Lucid’s reputation. Rivian doesn’t have this reputation. They also have been upfront where they need to improve and...

Open letter to Lucid after 7 months of ownership

Lol put them in a lucid for a couple months and then see what they say.

    Gravity; SUV or Minivan

Huh? I thought we all liked lucid for premium materials, metals, fabrics, leather etc… and lack of plastics. I guess a model 3 might fit your bill if you like minimalist plastic design 🙃

Open letter to Lucid after 7 months of ownership

Yea it very well could be. My wife and I both had mobile key set up, and aside from profile switching nightmare, I think it’s very possible that both of us walking up to the car together causes some sort of confusion

Ok, what's the deal with aftermarket wheels and "hub centricity"?

Hmm yea flow-formed would be acceptable, as long as the load ratings and everything are ok.

Also...does 16 modules out of 22 mean the Touring will have an EPA rating of 320 miles? 16/22 * 440?
