I am sure you can find them. They might not be the exact size Lucid uses. You can go +10 or -10 on width provided the wheel well has clearance.

If it gets below 40 like @hydbob said the tires get brittle hard and traction is an issue. It would be difficult if you had to do those steep hills, but if you are flat you could be ok being cautious and defensive driving. I had summer tires on a Fisker Karma in Atlanta and it was ok on flat...
