Since you call it an “absolute deal breaker”, I hope they confirmed that the wireless charger was actually broken. A lot of people have problems with the wireless charger, including myself. My iPhone 12 only works on the Lucid wireless charger if I remove it completely out of its OtterBox case.

Your post doesn’t mention that you were actually trying to charge a 27° below zero. Were you? Do you think a Tesla would not be able to make the same trip under the same conditions?

Tesla will set your charge limit to 80% at high usage stations. But, you can easily set it back to any percentage you need up to 100%.

I picked up my Lucid Air yesterday. I was expecting one year of free Electrify America charging. However the app shows 3 years free, expiring on 11/27/26. Is the app wrong or do I really get 3 years?
