Contactor issue was limited to vehicles produced from October 2021 to i think October 2022. Check you me build date, but if a reset doesn’t fix @Grateful Ed issue, it may be complete replacement..

Here’s the recall.
Yeaaa I remember having this discussion with people on the forum before the delivery of my GT. As much as I love the car, that’s honestly the one thing I wouldn’t be upset about if it were changed. I love the speed, I used to compete with FD guys at the local track for years on Wednesday nights...
I brought my sprinter van in for service a couple months ago, had my brother follow me to the dealership in my GT and the Mercedes techs and sales reps went nuts. They definitely knew it, even though they were saying the EQS is a 450 mile range vehicle..
Just downloaded while at the gym. Maybe I’ll try CarPlay for my first time..
Just excited that the “we were lied to” posts can finally stop in regards to CarPlay compatibility 🙃
@Halodde no there isn’t. Do you use mobile key? Or are your fobs not locked far enough away or in a faraday pouch/box? That can prevent the car from going to sleep, 30 degrees is cold and you definitely will suffer some loss, I’ve only lost 15 miles after a DCFC charge and not driving long...
Exactly what @CLTGT said. Question it. I’ll attach photos of my damage as well as estimate for reference. Now, I will say that the car hasn’t gone in for replacement yet, it took 2 months for a bumper (a whole other story as Lucid told me lead times are about 1-2 weeks for a rear bumper) and it...
My car got in a fight with a motorized gate causing damage to the rear bumper that requires a bumper replacement and paint. $2k for the bumper replacement + whatever it will cost to recalibrate the sensors via Lucid. Idk the extent of your damage, but that sounds absurd. I’m in California for...
I couldn’t agree more. You should have to do nothing and I hope that’s how it goes. If it doesn’t, give them hell. Unacceptable and shoddy business, fortunately, I don’t see you rolling over like they may be hoping for.
Yikes, sorry for the headaches. I really hope it smoothed out.
If it’s the kids first car like I thought I read, they are on their parents policy, which holds them liable from there. Again, I hope it doesn’t come to that.
Been using Duracell since my fob died week one of ownership. Haven’t had to replace and it’s been almost a year. My dogs are stored in a faraday box at home. No issues
Without changing the charger wiring to a 48A, unfortunately no. The car or app doesn’t allow that, it will accept what the charger is willing to give and the car can accept.
I think 3.0 lifetime for how you drive is terrific honestly. And getting 3.6 @ 70 mph is amazing. I know it’s tough for a people to drive this car slow, and you shouldn’t worry about it unless you’re road tripping and want to charge less. I’ve done a 480 mile trip without charging in my GT on...
