Are you saying you can't turn on that setting? Or are you saying that you can turn the setting on but the steering wheel and seat do not preheat when you turn on the remote climate from the app?

I think there's a setting in the climate section of the pilot panel that you can turn on which will precondition the steering wheel and seat when you preheat the car. But someone should fact check that

It's really unfortunate that CC has dropped off so much. I believe they moved locations and reorganized not too long ago.... potentially trying to cut costs. And that was a contributing factor in the timeliness of responding. I think they are settled in the new location now but I'm guessing...

What are the circumstances for the extended warranty?

I live in Buffalo and have had it happen multiple times last year and this year. It always resolves itself eventually. And I am not aware of any direct or indirect problems as a result. But I also share your concerns about this.

That's a drag. But that's easy to prevent going forward. You just need to get fluid rated to lower temps. I don't know if there's anything about Lucid's design that caused it or could prevent that from happening so it's probably not really an issue with your car.

There's a few threads from people with the same cold weather situation. I'm hoping Lucid can come up with a fix for this. If those flaps can't close or open as designed, I'm wondering what the risk is for the performance, longevity, and overall function of the car and battery in the short term...
