    EA Charging Issues

I have found the EA app to update very quickly. Within a minute as I've watched other vehicles around me start or leave a station. I just looked at Chicago, and sure enough 5 EA locations are showing FULL. You must be having a lot of EV adoption there with complimentary charging. My 9pm...

Cabin Heat while DC Fast Charging

I have observed the same behavior while charging on a cold evening. I had cabin space heating up until the time battery cooling must have been required. It was at that point I could hear the radiator cooling fans turn on.

Electrify America is enraging EV owners

I have encountered this same scenario once. It was EA stall specific, and worked fine when I moved to an adjacent stall. other than this incident, plug and charge has worked great for me.

    Cybertruck structure vs accident safety

I've been curious about crash test performance for vehicle occupants. And how do you repair that thing. Is there a single certified body shop now ready for stainless steel repair. Silly vehicle, but marketing genius.

    Floor mats!

I bought the Lucid mats and like them. The chrome Air logo is a nice touch, and they are very robust material.

    Delivery delayed...again ugh!!

I completely understand being frustrated. On the flip side, my PHEV Ford Escape I purchased in April of this year, sat at the dealer for 7 weeks while they tried to resolve a non-function AC system. That was a terrible experience, and I wish that was found and sorted before delivery.

Insurance companies don't list exact Lucid models

Insurance companies don't appear to be "up to speed" with Lucid models. State Farm has my Pure showing as a Grand Touring. My agent stated that was the only car in their system. Doesn't matter what they call it, the VIN is correct and I'm covered.

Energy limited due to cold battery

I am curious about this as well. My particular interest is can the battery be warmed for better range before leaving the garage. I have no concern with performance in the speed or acceleration sense.

How much it cost me for 8,520 miles

At 2.7 cents/kWh, it Is almost too cheap to meter. Here in Maine I enjoy 27 cents/kWh delivered.

Speculation "Since Last Charge" is confusing and pointless

I also like the ‘since last charge‘ feature. I find it a useful reset point to see how my consumption is going, and how far I’ve traveled. also, is it known for sure that “phantom” drains are in this value and not trip A/B?

New Air Pure owner in Colorado

Congratulations on your purchase. I'm 1600 miles into my pure ownership. I realize now how much I underestimated what a great machine the Air is.

Lucid Home Station vs 14-50 outlet

I purchased the Emporia charger and hardwired it. It has worked flawlessly since my install in July of this year. When hardwired it will supply 11.5Kw when run at 48 amps on a 60 breaker. I have not run into a scenario where faster home charging was needed. (i.e. 80amps)
