My 2023 AT has around 7000 miles on it and I recently noticed that the range drop from 336 to 334 when charged to 20%. not a huge drop but a dip nonetheless. After a bit of searching I landed on http://testmycode.cc, which showed me the following:

yes this has been in the newer versions of the Amazon Music app in carplay. There is a little button to press to have siri control amazon music. Still won't get hi res or atmos audio that way
As a long term thing that sounds fine. But what’s still not clear is why not give a choice. The integration already exists with Alexa.. could have done something with short press vs long press of the microphone button vs voice activation. A long press activates Siri if you have car play.. a...
thats the thing i care the least about, but thats me. i guess i'm special like that. i never use Alexa for the in-car automation. maybe if it worked better, i would.
I’m aware but we use Alexa and Amazon music in the house as well. Will be difficult to cut over and change behaviors. As a family we got used to Amazon music and even tried Apple Music via Alexa and went back to Amazon music.
Will have to see now.
This is quite unfortunate. Whether it was advertised or not, our family enjoyed listening to music and using it for other things through Alexa. This was the only way I could listen to higher res audio through Amazon music. Was there licensing reasons for this?
