    Scheduled charging unreliable

I've noticed charging issues recently after the last S/W update. My charging sessions at home have not been starting at the time previously programmed into the car. I was going to do a logo reset and mess around with changing the charging start time to see if it makes a difference.

Savage Geese: Long term Air review

That caught my attention as well. I also agree it is the car I like to drive the most … even if it is buried in my garage behind multiple cars in the driveway … I’ll move all of them so I can take my Air out for a run to the market or to go grab take out food. :)

    Pirelli 21" Tires

A common mistake people do when specifying load bearing capability is not specifying the pressure. The load carrying capability of a pneumatic tire goes up as pressure is increased. I think there are some websites that can help determine the added psi needed to achieve the desired load.

    Are you getting any tint?

No regrets and no problem with day or night visibility for me … Like the one I used, I suggest an installer that doesn't need to remove any interior panels.

    Pirelli 21" Tires

The underside of the Air is flat. I thought anything similar to a hockey puck would work to spread the load over the floor jack's cradle? Anyone know what does a Tesla specific one looks like?

Anyone have information on the new version of the 21" PZ4?

Yes … I recall they were understandably stingy about people changing them out as a preventative measure. I had to tell them my car is down and isn't going anywhere just to get the one.

Anyone have information on the new version of the 21" PZ4?

The fronts likely track along a different line than the rear and the rears are wider allowing them to possibly still be supported through the pothole ... it's all sheer luck which one can blow, but the I'm guessing the fronts are more vulnerable just because they will get deeper into a pothole...

Anyone have information on the new version of the 21" PZ4?

I've been running an LM2 on my front passenger side since the LM1 on there exploded in a pothole ... so far so good on the LM2. FWIW, this is a picture of the sidewall construction on the LM1: The only way to tell you have an LM2:

NEW Hagerty drag race: Demon 170 vs Sapphire!

Nice ... It's starting to sound like Lucid derates their numbers a little. It might be harder to remember, but I think 1,247 still sounds better than 1,234. ;)

    Wheel Diameters?

Thanks for citing the article. After reviewing it, it seemed the author is confusing wheel diameter with tread width. Having wider wheels/tires in the back makes sense and many cars have staggard wheel fitments with the wider tread (not bigger wheel diameter) in back for the reasons cited in...

    Wheel Diameters?

Sure .. staggard is very common. The Sapphire happens to be both staggard AND different wheel diameters. I've seen different wheel diameters on some hyper cars, but I'm guessing there is more to it than just aesthetics?
