    2.2.10

One thing I noticed for sure in 2.2.2 was "Route not found". Other than that, it used to take more time or more than one press of the door handle to unlock. I came home after installing 2.2.10 and pushed the handle on the driver's side and it unlocked immediately. Hope this one is fixed.

FEATURE Introducing RangeXChange V2V charging for Lucid

I have one butI used it only to test it. I really did not find the need to use it because my other EV also has EA charging till the end of next year and it has 300 mile range. (reallworld highway 260 miles at 70mph local 330 miles). My use case perhaps will be to help a stranded EV owner or...

Air Touring 2024: Abnormally Slow Charging at Electrify America Fast Chargers

You will never get the promised time because EA never does 350kW. It is just theoretical. Among the best I have recorded was 19% to 70% in GT in 25 min at 62F Ambient after pre-conditioning 63kWh. As per how miles that is, it can be as high as 250 miles at EPA test conditions. In real world if...

I don't know first hand. See other postings here. I can test my wife's ioniq 5 at 100% and see what it does and report here what I find.

    Regenerative braking

Exactly. That is why I shared it. As @Bobby pointed out, it is the way Lucid currently does while some other EVs use hydraulic braking to simulate the same level of one pedal driving at any SoC. That can change with a software update in future assuming the Lucid hydraulic braking can also be...

    Regenerative braking

I just want to share my bad experience when I charged to 100% and the drove just 1 mile to my hotel. The parking lot was in the basement about 30 feet below the street level. There was a 1 foot hump from the road before descending into the parking lot. That hump is meant to prevent rain water...

    Best charging strategy

Also, when the car is not in use for a while do not charge above 30%. For weekly use charging time 60 to 80 is better than once 20 to 80. On a long distance trip, best to stop at 95% if you care for regen braking.

    Best charging strategy

In just 3 to 4 years there will be a lot more charging stations. I did cross country 8k miles to Montreal with only EA in the US.

    Best charging strategy

I kept my cars min 14 years max 21 years, min 115k k miles max 175k miles. My Lucid in 1yr 4 months old 15k miles mostly due to 1 super long trip 8k miles. I typically drive 6k miles per year since I retired. So, in 8.5years it may have less than 90k miles. By then I will be older and driving...

    Best charging strategy

I charge 50 to 80 these days. In my case 1% is about 3.3 miles for my driving patterns. So if I need more range suddenly 80 to 20 discharge is 200 miles max and at 50 100 miles to 20% still allows an urgent trip to sfo. No range concern and no need to charge at home while I have EA till Dec...

    OTA Updates... or lack thereof.

https://autocrypt.io/the-state-of-level-3-autonomous-driving-in-2023/ Level 3 is pretty good if Lucid can do it. if an OEM wants to officially introduce an L3 vehicle, it must be liable for all potential accidents that occur while the vehicle’s L3 systems are switched on. That is, no matter how...
