EA free charging on new cars bought in 2024

Try logging out and logging back in. Within the app, not the car.

EA free charging on new cars bought in 2024

It seems resolved. Mine showed “inactive” briefly but was actually active. It now shows active for a status in 2.0.1 Lucid App for both cars.

Out of Spec - Gravity vs Escalade

If it wasn’t so lopsided on purpose, we probably wouldn’t be discussing it here. Or discussing OoS or Kyle. He’s great at what he does.

You left out the important part from your other post in the OoS thread 🤣

What are the actual differences between "Smooth," "Swift" and "Sprint" for the Air Pure

Here is a technical data sheet for a 2024 Pure and it addresses what is adjusted for each mode specifically with regard to suspension, handling and braking. I don’t think you’ll find exact numbers of what is being changed...

Major technology challenges from App, to Car Play, to Dream Drive Pro - can someone please help

    1) the car requires a stable internet connection to wake the car. If you are using WiFi, turn it off. Let the car connect via the onboard cellular. If not connected to WiFi, enable and connect to your home. This should allow for some degree of speedier connectiv 2) I’m not certain I understand...

    Actual Key Fob Data

My fob battery was last replaced by Costa Mesa Service center on July 17th. It is still working as of today. I carry it in my bag I take to work with me. I don’t actually push any buttons on it though. My car was manufactured March 2022. Unsure of when the actual fob was manufactured.

Out of Spec - Gravity vs Escalade

Well, it’s advertised as having a 200kWh battery pack and 460 miles of range. So, at best, it’s 2.3 m/kWh. Which is shockingly bad to begin with. And probably totally unattainable for *normal* driving. So, to me, it’s not that shocking to see 0.7 while they test it I guess. The thing is, people...

RESOLVED Left glass cockpit display dead. Unable to drive vehicle

Sorry to hear that. I edited the post as to copy and paste from the manual FYI. So that the steps are followed by the book instead of by my memory. Hope that works for you 🫤

RESOLVED Left glass cockpit display dead. Unable to drive vehicle

It may have just had a startup up boot issue though. It’s not ideal, I understand that. Just giving some options. Another option is to change profiles. From yours to a guest profile. If that doesn’t work, you can do the definitive reset which is covered in the manual: Shift your vehicle into...

RESOLVED Left glass cockpit display dead. Unable to drive vehicle

It looks like you may be in a garage so hopefully home. Walk away and let the car deep sleep. Maybe 20 mins without waking it with phone or fob.

Out of Spec - Gravity vs Escalade

The Gravity appears to be set to its lowest ride height setting. The additional 4-inch rise would make a significant difference, especially when compared to that massive ride. However, that wouldn’t necessarily create such a stark contrast for a social media post either.

Always and forever the calming and soothing voice (or written word) of reason on here, joec! Always putting things in perspective! I’m not in software and I’m completely ignorant to what it takes to get a polished product to market. Honest question… would auto manufacturers like Lucid have...

Can you haul a 4'x8' sheet of drywall?

I loaded about 20 bags of topsoil into the GT. The guy at Home Depot was like “are you sure you want to do this” before throwing them in 😆. Put a blanket down and slung ‘em in. For you quick mathematicians… yes I know it was like 800 lbs.

Can you haul a 4'x8' sheet of drywall?

Awesome info! I can’t get over how accurately and readable those numbers are drawn 😆. Even with a stylus, I would have left more people confused than when we started with my crayon skills.

    Route Planning/Charging Advice

Remember the time on charge is less important than the target percentage. The 8 min is unlikely tbh. The 66%+ leaving that charger is the goal. I did not use ABRP or anything similar. I just plugged in my next destination and let the car do all the math. I never was below 10%. Ever. I actually...

    Route Planning/Charging Advice

I did a cross country trip. California to DC. The car added those 5-10 min stops frequently. It was conservative. 15% was my best guess at lower threshold. So, I think the 5 min stop was to get us to a longer destination over the 15% bottom end. On our trip, I fiddled with adding and removing...
