It is mind boggling to me though that something as obvious as this (while minor and possibly just cosmetic) makes it past final inspection. It makes me wonder if there is even a final inspection.

I wish it was this simple. I’ve now had 3/4 soft close latch mechanisms replaced. Only the driver’s door has the original latch mechanism on my car. I was told there may be an updated part with which these failing ones are replaced. I’ve had one of them replaced twice.

Also very interested to know. My driver door seals are unevenly applied with sections of missing adhesive and the seals lifting off the frame.

That’s a good idea, except it’s a problem that occurs at 70 miles an hour, where one should probably focus on driving lol. I’ll do what I can though. It’ll be below 0 here this weekend and I have every intention of getting this addressed sooner than later.

Definitely sounds worse than my issue. I had my passenger side blade just stop sweeping midway through a rain storm. Only the driver’s side blade would sweep. Turned out to be a loose connection - at least that’s what I was told. Hope the fix for you is nice and simple as well.

I can reiterate how annoying this can be when you’re on the phone with Lucid and EA and they’re having you come in and out of the car when charging is failing to plug and unplug. I do wish there was a way to manual way to indicate that the vehicle to take over the call.

Gotcha. The winter tires, also at 49 psi, just don’t do as well for range as the all seasons I suspect. I got better range with the 21 summer tires but in warmer weather than the 19s with winter tires.

Are you getting that efficiency at cold temps on the all seasons 19s or the winter tires? I have the winters and I barely crack 3 mi/kWh.

So to verify, when swapping wheels from 21” to 19” winters, the range estimate should go up at 100% SOC to 516 mi? Because mine still says 469 at full charge on the Lucid winter package 19” wheel/tire combo installed by Lucid.
